Hi there!  We’re Lychelle and Dion Adams and we are the new owners of Aurum Coffee Roasters.  We have two kids – Heith and Holley.  We purchased Aurum in April of 2011 and have very high hopes for this already successful business. 

We are very proud of our coffees – so proud, in fact, that we’ve taken on the roasting ourselves.  We’ve learned so much from the other local Hawkes Bay roasters and want to say a big thank you for all of their generosity and help!  Speaking of thanks, we’d also like to give another big thank you to all of our friends and family for their amazing support.  Buying a business is not easy and we’ve appreciated all the help we’ve received!

So, as the new owners of such a well-known brand as Aurum, we want to assure you that award-winning coffee roasts are here to stay.  We’ve already built relationships with restaurants in New Plymouth and Wellington, which means you’ll be able to find your favourite coffee in more places around New Zealand. Watch this space:  we’re going to take New Zealand (and the rest of the world) by storm!
